Peninsula Kitchen and Main Level Flooring For these Bloor West Village clients, this was meant to be a fairly simple kitchen renovation and floor job. However, in the initial stages, demolition revealed terribly compromised ceiling joists above, and dangerous electrics buried in the ceiling and floor. After extensive repair and replacement, the owners are thrilled with their new, safe environment--and, of course, their gleaming new kitchen with maple cabinets and Corion counters.

Galley Kitchen, Dining Room and Back Deck This Little Italy home's previous kitchen/dining room had been built by the removal of the back wall of the house--essentially, the back porch was turned into a dining room. That's what I discovered when I visited the client for an initial consultation; their home's addition had no foundations, joists or insulation! (No wonder their floor was so cold.) The clients decided to have this rectified, which my team did. We then installed a beautiful large sliding door leading onto a back deck they can entertain on in summer. They are also loving their beautiful new kitchen with maple cabinets and Caesar Stone (quartz) counters.
